The Kama Sutra Is your bible Today you can rest your conscience Just keep your eyes off me Paging your friend from work Eat until your lover's home Black and swollen from your airbag It's my fist, it gave me jet lag Hide your bruises from the faces of the crowd You don't need your other eye My silence is your approval Feed me candy in the lobby Charge me for which piece you took I never noticed We're all watching you And Doctor Sam Says I deserve it And I don't know where I am from Hide your bruises from the faces of the crowd You don't need your other eye You're not you You're not you You're not you Hide your bruises from the faces of the crowd You don't need your other eye

Parched Dry 05:13
A swinging lady brings out the metal heads The junkies and the crazies Savored the sweet false teeth That she broke in the sink And shattered the linoleum floor We'll bring the beers to the table So long as your girl stays home The last time I left the light on the campground she... She wore a disguise Don't judge me You left You left me parched dry With a trunk full of your false clothes You left You left me parched dry With a trunk full of your false clothes Don't soil your bed clothes It's all coming to a point Your ivory towers swing back and forth So why? We'll bring the beers to the table So long as your girl stays home The last time I left the light on the campground she... She wore a disguise You left You left me parched dry With a trunk full Of your false clothes You left You left me parched dry With a trunk full Of your false clothes Don't judge me

Time 04:22
I can't deny you when you make that face It pulls at the triggers in my hands Makes me drop what I'm doing Pick you up And feed you 'til you're full And I say Let me spend my time on you Let me spend my time on you I write myself in you I'll tell you anything you wish was true And late at night I sleep underneath your weight Between the mattresses I cower at your deadlines and apologize to mine When I say Let me spend my time on you Let me spend my time on you I write my self in you I'll tell you anything you wish was true Let me spend my time on you Let me spend my time on you And I write myself in you I'll tell you anything you wish was true Let me spend my time on you Let me spend my time on you And I write myself in you I'll tell you anything you wish was true

Lemon 05:02
I had a crippled taste in my mouth And a boyish face to block out With a chemical smile and nothing else to think about So I can't get the right sound With the freckled face that I found You wrote a message on a puzzle piece And on a paper case I couldn't read We were something else but the cards didn't play right. And when I miss you, I feel like someone has cut my hair Without my knowing And when we meet again, A crescent moon and the sun will eclipse Like broken puzzle pieces And love is not what they say Will keep us smiling on the outside It's what keeps the blood going through our hearts And if I fall asleep angry tonight It's not because of you It's what I always knew We were something else but the cards didn't play right And if I fall asleep angry tonight, It's not because of you It's what I always knew It's what I always knew It's what I always knew It's what I always knew It's what I always knew It's what I always knew

Siamese 04:14
Wipe your mouth with your flypaper You house is a great toymaker I don't give a flying care if you try to save her Screaming all these colors Like a Siamese Heartbreak Shake your fists And raise your tongues Sleeping, snarling whisper gun Sleeping, snarling sunglass Sleeping, solid intro I speak in tongues I'll go walking to your black podium Screaming names like Robert Ingrum Your kid's going back to the secondary school Waiting for you mother To ask a Siamese Shake your fists And raise your tongues Sleeping, snarling whisper gun Sleeping, snarling sunglass Sleeping, solid intro I speak in tongues Shake your fists And raise your tongues Sleeping, snarling whisper gun Sleeping, snarling sunglass Sleeping, solid intro I speak in tongues

He builds gardens of stone Just to pass the time They won't go whenever he asks them Illicit campaign ads They sell us some trash bags And I know He keeps changing the channel He touches the clicker The ad soon starts over He calls up the company They say they'll be right on over He digs holes in the ground And plants in the seeds They feel like bullets And pop when their needs have been cured When he dreams in front of the screen The phone never rings When he's staring right at it His eyes Could poke holes in my eyes if my eyes Were the phone And there's a mark on the side where his eyes Have made a dent He's been feeling so homesick He's been feeling so homesick The phone never rings When he's staring right at it His eyes Could poke holes in my eyes if my eyes Were the phone And there's a mark on the side where his eyes Have made a dent He's been feeling so homesick He's been feeling so homesick He's been feeling so homesick He's been feeling so homesick

Red Balloon 04:55
In the breath of a dark dream I swallowed a seed I was married but I wasn't ready 'Cause your finger chills were still on my skin Your ego is a red balloon And I am a pin Like a cancer, I'm dying to get into Your soft red veneer But your body is stuck in the trees With your helium brain Ponder your existence Your string is worn String of consciousness The birds pick at your skin Your ego is a red balloon And I am a pin Like a cancer, I'm dying to get into Your soft, red veneer But your body is stuck in the trees In your soft red veneer But your body is stuck in the trees You never take your inner child out anymore But when you do You think "sorry" Your ego is a red balloon And I am a pin Like a cancer, I'm dying to get in.
